Nomail AI ("we", "our", "us") provides a mobile-first email assistant that helps users triage Gmail messages through automated archiving, muting, summarisation and push-notification workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through the Nomail AI mobile application, backend cloud functions and related services (the "Service"), how we process and protect that data, and the choices you have.

  2. Email Management – Based on AI analysis or your direct instructions, we perform actions like archiving, muting, or organizing your emails in your Gmail account.
  3. Notifications – For emails that require your attention, we send you push notifications with a brief summary and quick action options.
  4. Data Storage – We securely store email summaries, categorization data, and your preferences so the app can display your organized inbox and remember your settings.
  5. Service Improvement – We use anonymous usage data to improve our service reliability and fix technical issues. This data never includes your actual email content.
